What was broken

Google Analytics tells you about people. Search Console tells you about Google. Neither tells you that ChatGPT fetched your pricing page 412 times last month, cited it in live answers, and sent visitors from chatgpt.com. In 2026 that traffic decides whether a site is found at all, and nobody was showing it on one screen.

The build

Two views side by side. The Search Console view is a read-only connection that covers keyword and page performance, rising queries, indexing and Core Web Vitals, then adds the parts Google does not: striking-distance keywords sitting just off page one sorted by the traffic a push would bring, content decay that flags pages losing clicks month over month, page-by-page AI recommendations, and alerts for cannibalization, traffic drops and intent mismatch. The Traffic & crawlers view reads every hit on the server and splits it into visitors, AI assistants, search engines, and bots and errors. AI visits are separated into live answers, search index and training fetches, per agent: ChatGPT-User, Claude-User, Perplexity-User, Googlebot, Bingbot, Applebot. A citation flow shows the assistant fetching a page, the server logging it, and the visitor arriving from the chat. Unknown bots, 404s and 5xx errors are listed under what to block or fix. Reports export to CSV, Excel and PDF with white-label branding.

What changed

Live counters on xagio.com in November 2026: 1,152 sites tracked, over a million crawls and 66,970 citations recorded in the last 30 days. The same data feeds Marketplace verification, so a buyer sees traffic that Xagio measured, not traffic the seller claims.
