What was broken
Xagio started as a WordPress plugin. As it grew into hosting, analytics, a marketplace and an AI builder, it needed one account, one currency and one dashboard behind all of it, including for people who don't use WordPress at all. And it had to be rebuilt while thousands of agencies kept working in it every day.
The build
The Cloud App is the account behind everything: sign in once and Studio, Hosting, Traffic & Analytics and the Marketplace open from the same dashboard. Project Planner for any CMS: an Audit that lists every ranking page with meta title, H1, slug, volume, CPC and rank in under ten seconds, keyword clustering with a keyword cloud, a competition ratio that flags the easiest terms, and AI Optimize that returns five H1, title and description options in seconds. Schema Builder with a duplicator that copies a competitor's schema from a URL. Rank Tracker with 48-hour checks and shareable reports. Xags as a single currency: xRenew monthly allowance that rolls over while subscribed, xBank top-ups that never expire, usage breakdown per product. Team sub-accounts under one balance, white-label reports and domains, uptime monitoring, billing and referrals. Hosting accounts with WordPress and Cloudflare preinstalled, created in under 60 seconds. The integration layer was rebuilt in flight with zero downtime, cutting API response time by 60%.
