1. Who you're dealing with
These terms are an agreement between you and Marko Jevtić PR TAILORED FIX, Belgrade, Serbia (Company ID 65948818, Tax ID 112206565), referred to as "TailoredFix", "I" or "me". They cover every service I provide: website development, fixes, speed work, plugins and custom applications, SEO, migrations, maintenance, consulting, and the monthly subscription packages.
By accepting a quote, paying an invoice or using a subscription, you agree to these terms.
2. What I provide
- Website design and development (WordPress and custom)
- WordPress and WooCommerce plugin development
- Speed optimisation, technical and local SEO
- Custom web applications, CRMs, dashboards and MVPs
- Migrations, backups, security and maintenance
- Monthly subscription packages (Care, Standard, Priority, Dedicated, Care Fleet)
Every job starts with a written scope: what you get, when it lands, what it costs. Anything outside that scope is a new quote, agreed before I start on it.
3. Quotes and prices
Quotes are flat prices in EUR and are valid for 14 days. Prices on the website are starting points and indicative until confirmed in writing for your project.
I am a Serbian sole proprietor outside the VAT system, so no VAT is added to invoices. If your country requires you to self-account for VAT (reverse charge), that is your responsibility.
4. Payment
- One-off projects above €500: 50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery, before the site goes live or the code is handed over.
- One-off projects up to €500: payable in full on delivery.
- Subscriptions: billed monthly in advance. Work starts when the first invoice is paid.
- Methods: bank transfer or SEPA transfer in EUR, Serbian clients in RSD at the National Bank of Serbia middle rate on the invoice date, PayPal on request. Card checkout is coming.
Invoices are due within 7 days unless the quote says otherwise. Late payment pauses work and may delay delivery.
5. Delivery and revisions
Timelines in a quote are commitments on my side, provided you deliver content, access and feedback on time. Delays caused by missing materials, third-party services or scope changes move the date accordingly, and I will tell you as soon as I know.
Every one-off project includes 30 days of free adjustments after launch: bugs, small tweaks and anything that doesn't match the agreed scope. New features and redesigns after launch are quoted separately.
6. Subscriptions
- No minimum term. Cancel any time with one email; the subscription ends at the end of the paid period.
- Pause any time. Unused days in a paid month are carried over to when you resume.
- 7-day money-back on the first task of a new subscription: if you're not happy with it, tell me within 7 days of delivery and I refund the month.
- Capacity. Each tier defines how many tasks are in progress at once and typical turnaround. Turnaround is a target, not a guarantee, and depends on the size of the task and your feedback.
- Not included: third-party costs (hosting, domains, paid plugins, API usage), content writing, photography and design work that needs a designer. These are quoted separately.
7. Your responsibilities
You provide content, images, access credentials and timely feedback. You confirm that you have the rights to any material you give me. You keep your own backups of anything outside my scope, and you tell me if a site handles sensitive data so I can plan accordingly.
8. Intellectual property
When the final invoice is paid, you own the custom code, design and content created specifically for your project. I keep the right to use open-source libraries, frameworks and my own reusable components, and to reference the project in my portfolio unless we agree on confidentiality in writing.
9. Warranties and liability
I deliver professional work to industry standards and test on current major browsers and devices. I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue or compatibility with every possible configuration.
My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by hosting providers, third-party services, your own changes, or events beyond my reasonable control.
10. Confidentiality
I don't share confidential information about your business or project without your permission, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the work (for example, with your hosting provider).
11. Ending a project
Either of us can end an agreement with written notice. If you end a one-off project early, you pay for the work completed to that point and receive everything delivered so far. If I end it because of non-payment or breach, the same applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes we cannot settle by talking go to the competent court in Belgrade.
