1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Marko Jevtić PR TAILORED FIX, Belgrade, Serbia (Company ID 65948818, Tax ID 112206565), referred to as "TailoredFix", "I" or "me". Contact for anything privacy-related: [email protected].
2. What I collect
Contact form
When you send a request through the form I receive what you typed: name, email, website (optional), the type of work, budget range (optional), how you found me (optional) and your message, plus the page you sent it from and the time. This is sent to my mailbox by email through Brevo (Sendinblue, EU-based) and stored in that mailbox so I can reply and keep track of the conversation.
reCAPTCHA
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which loads only once you start filling in the form. Google receives technical data (IP address, browser information, interaction patterns) to decide whether the submission is spam. See Google's privacy policy.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read, but only after you accept cookies in the consent banner. Until then, no analytics cookies are set. IP addresses are truncated and I don't link analytics data to names or emails. You can change your choice any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
Server logs
The web server and Cloudflare keep standard access logs (IP address, URL, user agent, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting, deleted automatically after 30 days.
Project work
If we work together, I'll hold the information needed to do the job: contact details, access credentials you give me, project files and invoices. Credentials are stored in a password manager and removed when the project ends unless you keep me on a subscription.
3. Why I use it
- To answer your request and send you a quote (legitimate interest / steps before a contract)
- To deliver the work, invoice you and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation; Serbian law requires invoices to be kept for 10 years)
- To keep the form free of spam (legitimate interest)
- To understand which pages are useful, only with your consent
I don't send newsletters and I don't sell, rent or trade your data.
5. How long I keep it
- Form submissions that don't lead to a project: deleted after 12 months.
- Project communication and files: for the duration of the project plus 3 years, in case of questions or warranty work.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Serbian law.
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default).
- Server logs: 30 days.
6. Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) and, if you're in the EU, the GDPR, you can ask me to:
- tell you what data I hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct it,
- delete it (unless I'm legally required to keep it, e.g. invoices),
- restrict or object to processing,
- hand it over in a portable format,
- withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
Email [email protected] and I'll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or your local EU supervisory authority.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS behind Cloudflare. Form submissions travel encrypted. Credentials you share with me live in a password manager with two-factor authentication. No method is perfectly secure, but I treat your data the way I'd want mine treated.
8. Children
My services are for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If that happened, tell me and I'll delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date. Material changes to how I use data would be flagged on the site.
