What was broken
Hundreds of products in sizes and colours across three locations, retail and wholesale clients, reservations, and reports, all tracked in spreadsheets. Stock counts were wrong weekly and a single sale took over five minutes.
The build
A custom system built around how the shop actually works: product management with barcodes and size/colour variants, per-location stock levels, a point-of-sale screen with cash, card and discount options, a wholesale area with pricing tiers and order history, a reservation system, and sales reports with date filters and exports. Fully in Serbian.

What changed
Replaced every spreadsheet. Transaction time dropped from 5+ minutes to under 30 seconds, stock counting errors disappeared, and the owner sees bestsellers and dead stock per location in real time. Still in daily use.
