What was broken
Customers kept messaging "what does cognac leather look like with green thread?" Orders came in over DMs with vague specs. The brand needed a storefront where people configure a wallet visually and order with confidence.
The build
Homepage, shop, categories, product pages, cart and checkout. The core is a custom product-options layer: leather colour and thread colour chosen from photo swatches, optional logo toggle, and the chosen configuration carried cleanly through cart, checkout and the order email. Brand story, process highlights and a reviews section for trust.

What changed
