What was broken

Building a local lead-gen site the manual way meant a day of competitor research, keyword clustering, writing meta data and content, wiring schema, and then design. Agencies used a VA team for it. The brief was to compress all of that into one run inside WordPress, on any theme, without deleting what the site already had.

The build

Six steps: enter keyword data, pick a template, review the automatic clustering, edit clusters if needed, choose homepage keywords, build. Agent X analyses competitors, clusters keywords, writes titles, descriptions, content and JSON-LD schema, and generates siloed service and location pages, each with unique content, straight into WordPress. It builds new pages, optimizes existing ones or expands content, works with any theme or builder (Xagio's styled templates use Elementor), and pulls business details from the Profile section into content and schema. Each build ships an Optimization Report and a Ranking Report to share with the client. A typical build costs 25 to 35 Xags, roughly $15 to $25 for a five-page site.

What changed

Over 1,000 websites built by Xagio users within two months of launch. Case studies on xagio.com: an exact-match domain registered on 14 April 2025 was on page 1 by 14 May and #1 by 4 June with zero backlinks; a Phoenix plumbing site built live during a conference talk reached page one in a couple of days.
