Custom web apps and MVPs. From idea to paying users in weeks.
Internal tools, SaaS MVPs, dashboards, integrations. I scope tight, build with modern stacks and AI-accelerated workflows, and launch something you can actually extend.
Problems I fix.
If two of these are you, I can probably have it sorted this week.
- A clear problem and no off-the-shelf tool that solves it
- A spreadsheet-and-email process that should be an app
- You need an MVP to validate before raising or building v2
- An agency quoted three months and six figures
- The previous prototype can't be extended by anyone
Everything included. Nothing padded.
Modern frontends
React, Next.js or Astro with a UI your users won't need a manual for.
Solid backends
Node, PHP or Python APIs, auth, payments, background jobs, real-time where it matters.
Database done right
Normalized schema, indexes, migrations. Scales when you do, not before.
AI features built in
LLM integrations for generation, extraction, triage and automation, with cost controls.
Deployment and monitoring
CI/CD, cloud hosting, error tracking and backups from day one.
Scope locked
One-page spec with acceptance criteria. Everything else is phase two, by design.
From access to proof.
You hand over access. I hand back numbers. Snapshot before, rollback ready, no downtime.
- No downtime
- Rollback ready
- Flat price
- 01Week 1
Define
User stories, data model, wireframes. The MVP feature set gets locked before any code.
- 02Weeks 2–5
Build
Working features every few days, not a big reveal at the end. You test, I adjust.
- 03Launch
Ship
Final testing, cloud deployment, docs. You launch with confidence, not crossed fingers.
A typical case: a team runs orders through a shared spreadsheet and a group email. Week one turns that into screens, data and rules on one page. By week four there is a web app with logins and roles, the order flow, an admin dashboard and a CSV export for the accountant, running on the client's own server. The spreadsheet gets archived.
This is for you if
- You have a clear problem but no off-the-shelf solution
- You need an MVP to validate before building v2
- You want maintainable code you can scale
Not a fit if
- You need a native mobile app first (I do web and PWA)
- Requirements are vague and shifting (we define first, then build)
Things people ask before they book.
How do you manage scope creep?
Lean spec with acceptance criteria, short sprints, demos every few days. New ideas go to a phase-two list and get quoted transparently.
Can you integrate AI features?
Yes. Claude, OpenAI and other LLM APIs for generation, summarization, chat, extraction and automation, with prompt design, error handling and cost limits.
Who owns the code?
You do, explicitly. Full source, schemas, API docs and deployment scripts. No vendor lock-in, no licensing fees.
What stacks?
Frontend: React, Next.js, Astro, Vue. Backend: Node, PHP (Laravel), Python. Databases: Postgres, MySQL, Redis. Hosting: your own VPS, AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel. Boring, proven and maintainable.
Support after launch?
30 days of free bug fixes, then a monthly plan for updates, monitoring and small features. Training for your team if you'd rather own it.
Database and scaling?
Normalized schema, indexes and query optimization from the start. Caching, replicas and horizontal scaling added when growth demands it.
Mobile apps?
Web apps and PWAs that work great on phones. Native builds via React Native when you really need device features.
How much does it cost?
Simple tools and MVPs from €2,490, business apps €4,900–8,900, SaaS platforms from €8,900 in milestones. Fixed quote from the spec.
